Tao Pai Pai.
Tao Pai Pai (桃白白, Tao Pai Pai) is the 300 year old highly skilled assassin-for-hire and the younger brother of Master Shen, and teacher to Tenshinhan and Chaozu. He is very expensive to pay as he normally charges ten billion Zeni per kill, but gave Commander Red a 20th anniversary discount of five billion Zeni (fifty million in the Japanese version).

He killed Upa's father when he had to find Goku for a mission by Commander Red to eliminate him. After Tao supposedly killed Goku with a Dodon ray, Goku came back from his training with Korin, and had a rematch with Tao, defeating him. Later Tao returned as a Cyborg and challenged Tien and was defeated. In the Cell Games Tao repared in the Anime as working for a corrupt Gangster as an assassin.
